How does your appplication's contact management work? Do I need any special any special Hardware or Software? NO, our service is a pure web based platform independant application. All you need is a computer with an internet connection with a browser installed and you will be access your account anywhere in the world. I only have a dialup connection, can I still use the service? Yes, you can still use our service with a dial-up connection as the high bandwidth requirement is handled by our server and not your computer. It would however be beneficial if you have a fast and stable connection. What kind of languages can I send newsletters in? Our service supports sending messages in English as well as other Unicode Languages like Chinese, Thai, etc. Any limitations in the newsletter size? There is no limitation on the size of the newsletter but it is best to keep the size within 1 x A4 Sheets. You should not overload your users too much information and your emails should be specific to your promotion or newsflash. Can I send my newsletter to anyone and everyone around the world Yes, our service will allow you to email your newsletters and campaigns to anyone around the world. There's no physical limitation here. As long as you have not been marked as a spammer by the recipient, you are free to send to anyone. Make sure that your intended recipient has authorised you to send mails to them via opt-in lists to ensure that all is legal. How does your appplication's contact management work?
